In this electronic virtual world of electronics on the internet, our world is becoming really unreal. There are so many new challenges thrown out daily on the internet, that it is surprising that without our regular work the temptation would lead us astray.
Especially so, for the kids who have taken to the electronic world in a big way with the invention of video games such as gun games or killing games and even free shooting games are now available. What do we learn from the titles themselves? It frightens the hell out of us that our kids are learning to become adept in things that are dangerous to our system of life, without them being taught about morality and ethics.
The children are becoming obese (which is now a national issue) not only because they are eating junk food or just plain overeating. We used to do that too, but it never became a national issue because our games gave us a lot of physical exercise and we knocked off the pounds. The rest of the time was occupied school work.
These video games are getting more and more destructive and aggressive and certain laws must be enacted against the violence allowed or we shall end up a nation of barbarians.
